New technologies and material changes transform businesses’ expectations and the way they interact. Globalization has changed the markets and environments dramatically in which organizations function. The methodologies of how organizations collect, store, manipulate, utilize and transmit information have lowered costs and increased the value and quality of services and products. Information technology is at the heart of emerging e-commerce strategies and organizations
